Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
KiddieLane is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). KiddieLane collects information about children under 13 through their parent’s or guardian’s account registration. The information gathered for children is name, age and gender. This information is used by KiddieLane registered Providers in order to categorize children in the proper activity/instruction by age and gender.

KiddieLane has contracted with a third-party provider, to host email list databases and process payments. The third-party provider has promised not to share KiddieLane customer information with other third parties.
KiddieLane uses Google® Analytics to track overall statistics about computer usage on our SITE. This information is not linked to individual customer information.
Transfer of Customer Information
Customer lists and information are properly considered assets of a business.
Accordingly, if we merge with another entity or if we sell our assets to another entity, our customer lists and information, including personally identifiable information you have provided us, would be included among the assets that would be transferred.
